Orders & Payment

Placing orders, payment methods and invoicing

Ordering from our website is very easy. Add the product you want to your cart from the product page, then proceed to checkout. You can order as a registered member or without registration (as a guest). Your order confirmation will be sent via email and SMS.
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Troy, American Express), online bank/credit card payment, bank transfer and cash on delivery options are available. Our credit card payment infrastructure is encrypted with 2048-bit SSL.
Yes, up to 12-month installments are available for all credit cards. Installment options and rates are automatically listed on the payment page based on your card.
Your order can be canceled before it is delivered to the cargo company. Simply send your cancellation request via WhatsApp, email or phone. For orders already shipped, you can initiate a return within 14 days under the right of withdrawal.
You can enter your invoice details during the order process. For changes after the order, send your order number and updated invoice information to info@otoeko.com. Both individual and corporate invoice options are available.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times, carriers and delivery options

In-stock products are handed over to the cargo company on the same day by 4:00 PM after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the next business day.
Yes, we ship to 67+ countries worldwide. For international shipments, we use DHL, UPS, FedEx and PTT carriers. Delivery time varies between 3-10 business days depending on the destination country.
When your order is shipped, your tracking number is automatically sent via SMS and email. You can also track it by logging into your account under the My Orders section. If you can't find your tracking number, reach us via WhatsApp.
Domestic shipping is free for orders of 30,000 TL and above. Standard shipping fees apply for orders below this amount. The free shipping threshold may change during promotional periods.
Yes, you can pick up your products in person from our store in Antalya Muratpasa. Simply select "Store Pickup" as the delivery method when placing your order. Our working hours are: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-14:00.

Returns & Exchange

Return conditions, exchange process and refund information

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. For returns, the product must be unopened and not removed from the shipping package and unused. Conditions of withdrawal apply for products with opened packaging. Returns are not accepted for cables and accessories.
Our return process is completed in 3 steps: 1) Notify us of your return request via WhatsApp or email. 2) Ship the product in its original packaging with the invoice using the cargo code we provide. 3) After product inspection, your payment is refunded within 5-10 business days.
Yes, you can exchange your product for a different one. Send your exchange request to info@otoeko.com or our WhatsApp line. If there is a price difference, payment/refund will be processed. The exchange product must be in stock.
For returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping cost is borne by the buyer. However, for defective/faulty product shipments and damaged cargo situations (documented with a damage report), return shipping costs are borne by our company.

Device setup, software updates and troubleshooting

Our expert team provides free remote setup support via TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Your device's initial setup, software installation and activation are performed remotely. Contact our WhatsApp line to schedule a setup appointment.
Yes, we offer 24/7 remote technical support. Through TeamViewer, AnyDesk or similar remote connection software, we perform device setup, software updates and troubleshooting. You can create an instant support request via WhatsApp.
Software updates vary by device brand. Autool and ThinkCar devices have update options available. Some devices offer free updates while others may be paid. Our remote support team can assist with the update process.
First, make sure the OBD cable is properly connected and the vehicle's ignition is on. For Bluetooth devices, check that the device is paired. If the problem persists, contact us with the device model and vehicle information, and we'll diagnose the issue via remote connection.
Our devices support over 100 vehicle brands. We offer a wide range including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, heavy vehicles (trucks, buses, construction equipment), motorcycles and marine vehicles. Contact us with your brand, model and year to check compatibility.

Warranty

Warranty periods, coverage and claim information

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period for all devices is 6 months. Some professional ThinkCar and Autool products come with 1 year warranty. No warranty is provided for cables, accessories and software products. Warranty starts from the invoice date.
The warranty covers only factory defects. Under warranty, free repair or replacement with an equivalent product is provided. The original sales invoice is required for warranty claims. Claims without invoices will not be processed.
The following are excluded from warranty: User error and negligence, unauthorized intervention or repair, physical damage (drops, impacts, liquid contact), products with serial numbers erased/altered, natural disasters and overvoltage, incompatible software and virus-related issues.
For warranty claims, contact us at info@otoeko.com or our WhatsApp line. Simply send a copy of the invoice, fault description and product photos. You need to send the product to us with its original box and accessories. The repair/replacement process may take up to 30 business days.

We are a local seller of ThinkCar in Turkey. ThinkCar is a brand known for its compact and professional OBD diagnostic devices. The ThinkDiag, ThinkScan and ThinkTool series offer devices for different needs from entry level to professional level.
Products that are original are specifically marked with "Original" in the listing title. We are the Turkey distributor for the Autool brand. All products are delivered with invoice and warranty.
